Ingredients:
Semolina, butter, hand-made phyllo dough, sugar, vanilla.
Baking instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° C. Remove the lid and place bougatsa in the lower oven rack.
• Bake for about 35-40 minutes from frozen and about 30 minutes when de-frosted. While baking turn bougatsa upside down when the top gets a golden brown colour and continue baking.
• To enjoy the taste of bougatsa, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature, depending on your oven.
