You can now join our Agora Reward Points programme. To enjoy the benefits you must create an Agora Account with us. Once you have an account with us you can login any time and review your points not he Rewards & Points link.
Points are added to your account every time you place an order with us. Every product has associated points and you get a notification at the end of each order with the points that you get out of the purchase.
For every £1 you spent you collect 1 Agora point you can redeem in a future order. You can redeem points on the checkout page.
For every 100 Agora Points, you redeem you receive a £1 discount on your order. You need at least 100 Agora Points to enjoy the discount. And you can only redeem 1000 Agora Points at a time.
The field to redeem your points comes up automatically at the checkout if you have gathered more than 1000 points into your account, as below. Igf you don’t see the field below then that means that you have less than 1000 points.
The points of the latest order are attributed to your account when your order has reached the final stage with us, has been prepared and is ready to be dispatched and is marked as completed from our end.
The reason for that is that the points are gained per purchased product, so there may be product changes, cancellations or refunds before your order is marked as complete, so the right points should be attributed when the order has been processed correctly.
Your points remain active in our system for 6 months. The points can be redeemed partially and the remaining ones are adde up to newly acquired points of any latest order. If you do not redeem them or make a new purchase within 6 months they are reset.
