Please follow the recommended order dates for Easter and allow us sufficient time to fulfill and deliver your order in time for British or Greek Easter.
In order to be able to guarantee the safe and on-time delivery of your parcel:
Last guaranteed order day for British Easter deliveries, with next-day service, is Sunday 29th March.
We aim to deliver all orders ahead of British Easter by Friday 3rd April.
Please keep in mind that there are no order dispatches and deliveries with couriers between Friday 3rd April and Monday the 6th April due to the Easter holiday.
We do local deliveries with our own vans across Scotland’s Central Belt and our warehouse will be open for collections until 12 noon on Good Friday 3rd of April.
For Greek Easter deliveries with next-day courier service, we recommend ordering by Sunday 5th April.
We aim to deliver all orders ahead of the Greek Easter by Friday 10th April. You can also choose Saturday delivery for weekend deliveries on the weekend of the Greek Easter.
We are supplying Easter foods for British and Greek Easters that are a week apart. Please drop us a comment at the checkout while placing your order if you need your Easter orders delivered on a certain date.
We want to remind you that Terkenlis’ Easter selection has arrived. The tsourekia – brioches are made for export and received frozen. They can be consumed within 20 days after they are defrosted, which is when we ship them to you. Please read the individual product descriptions for more details and order within their recommended consumption date.
We aim to accommodate all orders for both Easters in batches and deliver all orders according to their order number.
We would like to point out the unprecedented workload that we and the courier services are experiencing due to the Easter holidays. We ask you to place your order as early as possible, as we prioritise the orders by order number.
The company will also be closed on Easter Monday 6th of April. We will be working non-stop the weeks prior to Easter to accommodate all orders timely, if you receive notifications or email from us during the weekend, we may have fulfilled your order during that time and you should expect delivery on Monday.
We always do our best to deliver all orders on time. When a parcel is dispatched we are no longer in control or responsible for the parcel, but we always ensure that we handle each order at its best.
If there are any issues with your delivery please get in touch with us on the same day to resolve the problem immediately with the couriers and get your products delivered without delay – especially perishable / frozen products.
