This is a high quality meat product made with the traditional Greek way from the top meat processing company COMECO, in Corfu, Greece. Unlike other sausages, sheftalia is traditionally made from caul fat to wrap the ingredients rather than regular sausage casing.
Ingredients: pork meat, beef, goat trial, lamb skin, salt, onion & mixed spices.
Attention: Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
