Keep the Saganaki Cheese for Grilling 600g Arvaniti refrigerated at all times and consume it within 5 days after opening.
Cut the sasanaki into pieces before consumption and leave it in room temperature for a while to release its perfumes and flavour. Grill or fry it until it gets its distinct golden colour, drizzle some lemon juice and consume it before it gets cold!
