Kolios’ authentic barrel aged feta cheese, a PDO product made with pasteurised free range goat’s and sheep’s milk and carefully aged in wooden barrels. This barrel aged feta has the aroma of the wood from the barrel during the aging process, giving a unique rich flavour.
