Pastourmadopitakia is one of the meat lovers’ classic pies, made with pasturma – cured beef slices, into dough rolls, by Kapouranis family. Pastourmadopitakia are ideal for frying or deep frying! Pastourmadopitakia are frozen in 1kg tray containing 12 rolls, made to perfection and ready to bake at home.
INGREDIENTS: Pasturma-cured beef slices, fresh tomatoes, casserole cheese, Florina peppers, green pepper, spices, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that uses the following allergens: Cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Cooking instructions:
Fry on medium heat with about a finger of oil. Frying in a fryer at temperature not higher than 160 degrees Celsius.

– Shipped in thermofoil packaging covered with an ice-pack to preserve it fresh and reach you in the proper low temperature.
Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days
