Shop Kapounaris’ delicious vegan manitaropita–mushroom pie–made according to the traditional recipe by the Kapouranis family in Pelion. This pie comes in a 1.5kg rectangular tray, divided in 6 pieces and ready to put in the oven.
Dough (35%): wheat flour, hydrogrenated vegetable fat, salt.
Filling (65%): mushrooms, red pepper, green pepper, parsley, sunflower oil, spices.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Without any preservatives!
Baking instructions:
- Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 180C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour.
THIS PRODUCT IS SHIPPED FROZEN.
– Shipped in thermofoil packaging covered with an ice-pack to preserve it fresh and reach you in the proper low temperature.
Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days
