Add an esspresso cup of water in the briki pot and a spoonfull of ground coffee, stir well to dissolve the coffee and leave it to settle. Place it on medium heat for few minutes until it starts getting foamy and creamy at the top, and then remove it from the heat. You can have a full cupa of Greek boiled coffee by adding that much water and 2-3 spoonfulls of ground coffee. Serve as it is, with desserts, after meal, or with cookies, cakes and fruits.
