INSTRUCTIONS
Place the frozen kokoretsi in a roaster. Bake in preheated oven for 60′. Remove the pot lid and let it be slowly cooked for about 30′ until it turns golden brown.
– DO NOT RE-FREEZE IF RECEIVED DEDROSTED!!
– NEEDS TO BE COOKED IN THE OVEN BEFORE CONSUMPTION
– WHEN DEFROSTED AND KEPT IN THE FRIDGE, BEST CONSUMED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS
This is a whole raw kokoretsi roll of approximately 20cm without spit in vacuum.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
