This galatopita is made with traditional dough (35%) and contains milk, fresh butter and semolina filling (65%). This galatopita is in 900g tray, divided in 16 pieces/bites and ready to put in the oven with its tray.

Baking instructions:
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven to 180C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.
