Deus white is a natural semi-sparkling, semi-sweet white wine made of 100% Moschato (Muscat), growing in mountainous vineyards of Achaia, Peloponnese, at an altitude of 450 – 700m, marking the wine as PGI Achaia. The fermentation is made with selected yeasts at low temperatures in sealed tanks, interrupted by intense cooling, when the wine gets to the right balance.
Deus semi-sparkling white wine has pale yellow colour with greenish hues. On the nose, it has intense aromas of green apple, white fleshed peach, lychees. On the palate is intense and fruity, with a feel of freshness.Ideally served on its own or with fruit salads or creamy non-chocolate desserts.
