Please follow the instructions below regarding the recommended delivery dates for Easter and allow us sufficient time to deliver your order on time.
In order to be able to guarantee the safe and on-time delivery of your parcel:
For Easter deliveries, we recommend you order prior to Sunday 13th of April.
There will be no courier services between Good Friday the 18th and Easter Monday the 21st, and any orders that are shipped with courier service need to be dispatched by Tuesday the 15th April the latest, as the last delivery date by the couriers before Easter is Thursday the 17th April.
For local deliveries across Scotland’s Central Belt, surrounding locations and Newcastle, which are accommodated with our own vans, deliveries will take place until Good Friday the 18th April.
Please keep in mind that there are no order dispatches and deliveries between afternoon of Good Friday the 18th April and Monday the 21st of April due to the Easter holiday, so orders will be then dispatched as usual from Tuesday 22nd onwards. The company will also be also closed on Good Friday 18th of April and open again on Tuesday the 22nd April.
Please drop us a comment at the checkout while placing your order, if you need your Easter orders to be delivered at a certain date. All orders we’ll be accommodated according to their order number.
Easter Products Update:
We want to remind you that the Easter Terkenlis selection has arrived. These tsourekia are made for export and received frozen. They can be consumed within 20 days after they are defrosted, which is when we ship them to you. Please read the individual product descriptions for more details.
We also stock exclusively for Easter whole goat and whole lamb which are stored in deep freeze since production and will be delivered across Scotland Central Belt, the surrounding locations and Newcastle with our own temperature controlled vehicles during Holy Week.
We aim to accommodate all orders for Easters in batches and deliver all orders on time. However, we would like to point out the unprecedented workload that we and the courier services are experiencing due to the Easter holidays and we ask you to place your order as early as possible, as we prioritise the orders by order number.
We always do our best to deliver all orders on time. As soon as a parcel is dispatched we are no longer in control or responsible for the parcel, but we always ensure that we handle each order at its best. Please download the couriers app to get live updates of your orders and please get in touch in case you see any delays or issues with your order. Once the courier depots are closed for Easter we won’t longer be able to help with the order status.
