Craft Microbrewery

Craft Microbrewery was established in 1997 in Greece as the first ‘brew-restaurant’ in Greece. Craft’s handcrafted beer was introduced to people through the environment of the restaurant that had microbrewery equipment in its premises. This innovative move enticed the public, because it allowed them to witness the process of brewing in real time, to visit the facilities and discusse the different kinds of hops, malts and more!

Craft’s unique microbrewing experience paired with the ability to have first-hand food pairing experience with the different types of hops and raw materials, was a gamechanger. It sparked interest in the ‘behind-the-scenes’ side of beer production and its pairings with food in a manner that hasn’t been done before in Greece.

Craft is small scale and handcrafted with care and creativity. Constantly evolving their recipes with passion and care, without limiting the variety of flavours and aromas. Freshly brewed, with a meticulous eye for detail drawing from brewing traditions but also innovating beyond them to create new and exciting combinations.

The warm acceptance and love of beer enthusiasts with whom we had the pleasure to interact and exchange views throughout all these years encouraged us to invest in production and distribution of limited production craft beers in glass bottles and stainless steel kegs.
