!! Announcement: Our 2025 Christmas and New Year’s Delivery Schedule !!
For UK Mainland guaranteed deliveries with our courier service before Christmas, the last order date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is on Saturday the 20th December and last order dispatch date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Monday the 22nd of December. There will be order dispatches until Tuesday the 23rd of December but after Monday the 22nd of December, but couriers cannot guarantee on-time delivery. There will be no order dispatches and deliveries on the 25th and 26th of December and the company will be opening after the weekend on Monday the 29th December.
For local delivery or collection only in Glasgow & Edinburgh, before Christmas, the schedule is as follows. For guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery, the last order date is Monday 22nd December. The last collection date from our warehouse at G69 6UL is on Wednesday 24th December at 12.00 pm noon and the last delivery date for Glasgow and Edinburgh is also Wednesday 24th of December.
Please note that we are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day ( Thursday 25th and Friday 26th of December ) and we are also closed on the weekend as usual. We are open again on Monday the 29th December.
For UK Mainland deliveries with DPD courier service before New Year, the last order date for guaranteed delivery before the New Year is Saturday the 27th December and the last order dispatch date for guaranteed delivery before New Year is Monday the 29th of December. There will be order dispatches until Tuesday the 30th of December but after Monday the 29th of December, but couriers cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
Please note: Deliveries might experience slight delays due to couriers’ reduced working hours and extreme workload so next day delivery is not guaranteed. We recommend avoid ordering frozen foods during the week of 24th to 31st December, as we cannot guarantee next day delivery the week before the New Year.
For local delivery or collection only in Glasgow & Edinburgh, before New Year the schedule is as follows: For Glasgow orders, the last available collection date from our warehouse at G69 6UL is on Wednesday 31st of December at 12.00 pm noon and the last delivery date for Glasgow and Edinburgh is also Wednesday 31st of December.
Note that the delivery days always refer to working days Monday to Friday. We provide the option of weekend deliveries at the checkout, which are handled by the couriers and are not affected by the public holidays. But please note that while the couriers may work, our company remains closed during the weekends.
Please note that we are closed on Thursday the 1st and Friday the 2nd of January and the weekend following and we re-open on Monday the 5th of January for the new year’s thrills! We request to allowing us enough time to process your order, and you could order as early as possible or leave us a comment at the checkout comment box for the latest working date you would like your order delivered. We will do our best to deliver every single order on time, but please be aware that we face extreme workload during the festive season.
You must be fully aware of the high workload that we and the courier services face during the festive period, which may result to slight delays. As soon as a parcel is dispatched we are no longer in control or responsibility for the parcel, but we always make sure that we handle each order at its best communicating with the courier services to resolve any issues.
