A delicious zamponotiropita, with gouda cheese and bacon and ham, made with the traditional recipe by Kapouranis family in Relion. This zamponotiropita has a wheat thick traditional dough and filled with ham slices, gouda cheese and bacon. Thie pie is in 1.5kg rectangular tray, is divided in 6 pieces and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: gouda cheese, ham, bacon, ketchup sauce, sunflower, salt, oil, spices, wheat flour, dough.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
