Made with a thick sheet fermented with olive oil that when baked becomes deliciously crunchy and richly stuffed with tender leaves of spinach, leek, onion and dill, feta and mizithra, can complement your table or become a main meal on its own. In a pan for easy and fast baking.
1. Storage
This is a deep-freeze product, it is stored at -18C and shipped from frozen, if received de-frosted/chilled should not be re-freezed. When defrosted keep it refrigerated (0C to 5C) for 1 day. Or keep it at room temperature for 2 hours before baking.
2. Defrosting
This Twist Spinach Cheese pie does not necessarily need to be thawed before it is put in the oven and should not be re-frozen after thawing.
3. Baking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the pie with its pan on the oven rack below the middle.
• Bake at 180 ° C – 200 ° C until golden brown. Normal baking time: 35 ‘with heating elements, 30’ with air.
• To enjoy the taste of the pie, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature, depending on your oven.

Filling 45%: spinach 38%, cheese 30% (feta [milk] 10%, mizithra [milk] 10%, hard cheese [milk] 10% {pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, crop}), sunflower oil, onion, leek, dill, parsley, salt, pepper.
The product is prepared in an installation that uses sesame.
