Tsipouro without Anise Mini 50ml Kalaitzi, a premium Greek spirit distilled from Thessalian grape varieties that are handpicked to ensure quality. The grape varieties include:

This Tsipouro without Anise Mini 50ml Kalaitzi results from the fermantation process inside copper alembic stills with the help of steam at controlled, low temperatures. The distillation process takes place twice inside an a fractional distilation column of eight discs, encouraging the grapes’ aromas.
Kalaitzis conducts the first part of the distillation process in November and the second in March of each year, letting the distillate mature after the process is over.
Tsipouro is perfect to drink with seafood delicacies like umami and sushi or cured meats, as well as fried bread, pan-fried greens, smoked fish and cheese platters!
