Skopelos twist tiropita, with feta and mizithra cheese rolled into crusty dough, is made with the traditional Skopelos recipe by Kapouranis family. This twist tiropita is a traditional Skopelos pie, without preservatives, made for frying, and it is maintained frozen in 270gr tray.
INGREDIENTS: feta cheese, mizithra, cheese, semolina, wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Frying instructions:
Add a bit of oil in the pan and place the pie into the frying pan directly from he freezer/fridge. Frying temperature not to exceed 160Cl, use slow frying fire.

– Shipped in thermofoil packaging covered with an ice-pack to preserve it fresh and reach you in the proper low temperature.
Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days
