A delicious tiropita, with feta and mizithra cheese, made with a traditional recipe by Kapouranis family. This tiropita has a thick wheat dough and a feta and mizithra cheeses filling without preservatives. The pie is in a 1.5kg round tray in 8 pieces, ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: feta cheese, mizithra cheese, salt, oil, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, and sesame.
Baking instructions:
- Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven to 170C. Bake the pie in its tray for 50 minutes when frozen and approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.

– This frozen pie is shipped in thermofoil packaging covered with an ice-pack to preserve it fresh and reach you in the proper low temperature.
Once you get it put it straight in the oven or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days
