Enjoy a mouthwatering tiropita crafted with a traditional Pelion recipe by the Kapouranis family. This savoury pie contains no preservatives and it has a thick wheat dough and filled with a rich blend of feta and mizithra cheeses. It comes in a 1.5kg rectangular tray of 6 pieces, and is oven-ready in its tray for ultimate convenience!
INGREDIENTS: feta cheese, mizithra cheese, salt, oil, durum wheat flour.
May contain the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
- Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven to 180C. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
