Boneless Beef, Tomato Paste (acidity regulator: citric acid), Onions, Olive Oil, Wine, Salt, Garlic, Beef Broth.
Cooking instructions:
- In a Convectional Oven: Preheat oven to 200C. Place aluminum pan with lid closed, remove film from portion box and heat for 30-45 minutes.
- In the Microwave Oven: Place portion box only at 800 Watt for 5-6 minutes, poking a hole in the packaging.
