A delicious Mediterranean pie, with feta cheese and fresh tomatoes,according to the traditional recipe by Kapouranis family in Pelion. The pie is made with traditional thick dough filled with cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onions and herbs and no preservatives. This Mediterranean pie is in 1.5kg rectangular tray of 6 pieces and ready to bake in its tray.
INGREDIENTS: feta cheese, fresh tomatoes, olives, red pepper, green pepper, dried onion, parsley, herbs, spices.
May contain the following allergens: Cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
- Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170. Place the pie in the oven with its tray and bake for 50 minutes when frozen. And approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when looking golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days
