This delicious drink is traditionally distilled from the bark of the mastic or mastiha tree. Watered down and after adding sugar, we get this divine aromatic spirit with creamy texture.
On the nose there is this distinct combination of fresh notes of pine, hints of sweet almond and nuances of vanilla. On the palate, it has this characteristic taste of the natural unprocessed mastic tear, with discreet sweetness and fully integrated alcohol creating this velvety, noble sensation.
