Loukanikopita – sausage puff pastry is a delicious savοury pie. It’s made with hand-made puff pastry dough and is filled with Frankfurt sausage, tomato sauce and cheese. This puff pastry pie comes in a 4 pack, 220g portion each.

Ingredients:
Frankfurt sausage, High-quality puff pastry, tomato sauce, yellow cheese
Baking instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180-2oo ° C. Remove the lid and place Loukanikopita in the lower oven rack.
• Bake for about 50 minutes from frozen and about 45 minutes when de-frosted. While baking turn Loukanikopita upside down when the top gets a golden brown colour and continue baking.
• To enjoy the taste of Loukanikopita, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature, depending on your oven.

Once you get it put it straight in the oven or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
