Nyhaki rice is a long grain and thin white rice variety. It is not the sticky type of rice ad it is ideally used for dishes such as pilaff etc. Grown and produced in a location outside Serres, North Greece, New Tiroloi, the rice grows in thousands of square meters of rice fields along Strimonas River. The company Tyroleza, has a long tradition, from production to packaging. Available in 1kg sealed packets.
