Shop Kapouranis’ Lenten Herb Pie 900g Kapouranis following the traditional recipe by the Kapouranis family in Pelion. This vegan hortopita has 35% thick traditional dough and 65% filling, containing spring onions, dill, spinach and spices. This pie is in a 900g rectangular tray divided into 16 small pieces and is ready to bake in the oven.
Ingredients: herbs, dill, onion, celery, oil, salt, pepper, water, durum wheat flour.
May contain the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
- Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Bake the pie in the oven with its tray for 50 minutes when frozen and approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
