Skopelos twist kremmidopita with onions, Florina peppers (red roasted flame peppers) and green peppers rolled into crusty dough. The Kapouranis family makes this twist pie according to the traditional Skopelos recipe. The pie contains no preservatives and it is ideal for frying.
INGREDIENTS: Onion, Florina peppers, green peppers, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
May contain the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Frying instructions:
- Add a bit of oil in the pan and place the pie into the frying pan directly from he freezer/fridge. Frying temperature not to exceed 160C, use slow frying fire.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
