Kimadopitakia, beef mince mini triangle pies are made with a traditional recipe produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. Kimadopitakia are made with 35% thick traditional dough and 45% beef mince filling, and the rest 20% consists of gouda cheese, red peppers and parsley. The triangles are individually separated is in a tray of 1kg, giving approximately 15 triangles and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
INGREDIENTS: beef minced meat, red pepper, tomato, spices, gouda cheese, parsley, oil, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
Kapouranis products are produced in a facility that manages the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
Remove the foil and place the pie with its pan in a preheated oven at 170 – 180 C for about 45 minutes. No scratch needed. Check your pie if it is baked evenly on both sides. If it is not cooked on both sides, continue baking for 5-10 minutes. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days
