This kimadopita, pie with beef mince meat, yellow cheese and peppers from the Kapouranis family in Pelion. This kimadopita has 35% traditional dough and 45% mince filling, and the rest 20% consists of gouda cheese, red peppers and parsley. This pie is in 900g tray of 16 pieces/bites and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
Ingredients: beef mince meat, gouda cheese, tomato, red pepper, parsley, oil, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
May contain the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 170 C- 180 C. Remove the foil and place the pie with its pan in the oven for 45 minutes. Check your pie is evenly baked on both sides. If it isn’t, continue baking for 5-10 minutes. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
