A delicious kimadopita with beef mince meat, following the traditional recipes and produced by Kapouranis family in Pelion. This kimadopita is made with 35% thick traditional dough and 65% filling.It contains beef meat, gouda cheese, red peppers and parsley. This pie is in 1.5kg rectangular tray of 6 pieces and ready to put in the oven with its tray.
Ingredients: beef minced meat, red pepper, tomato, spices, gouda cheese, parsley, oil, salt, pepper, durum wheat flour.
May contain the following allergens: cereals, milk, eggs, almonds, walnuts, sesame.
Baking instructions:
- Remove the pie from the package and preheat the oven at 170C. Bake the pie with the tray for 50 minutes when frozen and approximately 40 minutes when chilled. Make sure you remove the pie when it gets a golden brown colour. Adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days
