Shop Kanaki’s vegan hortopita, country-style spinach and greens pie, 850g. This vegan hortopita has thick traditional dough and vegan filling, containing spring onions, dill, spinach and spices.
Ingredients: Country Style Filo Pastry 47% (wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, semolina [wheat], corn starch, salt), filling 40% (spinach 56%, onion 15%, leek 13%, vegetable oil and fat [suflower oil, vegetable cooking fat {vegetable oils and vegetable fats “from palm, soya”, color “b-caro-tene”}], dill 3%, parsley, salt, pepper), sunflower oil, olive oil 2%.
May contain traces of milk, egg, nuts, and sesame.
It is ready to bake in the oven in its tray.
Baking instructions:
- Remove the cover.
- Bake the pie in its own tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes for fan heating (recommended) or for 50 minutes for normal oven.
- Do not use the grill. After 15 minutes of baking, pierce with a knife along the pre-cut lines (avoid puncturing the tray).
- Adapt the time and temperature to your oven and the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
- To enjoy its full flavour, let the pie cool down for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days
