Shop online Horta – Cooked Greens 300g Elfa. These are ready cooked and frozen upon production. These Greek seasonal horta, are made with one of the most common horta recipes, served as typical meze dishes and are ideal as a sider or starter dish.
*Horta are subject to seasonality and the dish comes in two Horta varieties depending on the season – either dandelion greens or chicory greens – which are quite similar but subject to seasonal availability.
Cooking instructions from frozen::
- In convectional Oven: Preheat oven to 200C. Place aluminum pan with lid closed, remove film from portion box and heat for 30-45 minutes.
- In the Microwave Oven: Place portion box only at 800 Watt for 5-6 minutes, poking a hole in the packaging.
