Halloumi Cheese 1kg Vouyiouklakis is a traditional cheese hand-folded whilst warm to take its characteristic final shape and it is left in its natural juices for some time to develop its distinct flavour. After maturation it is sprinkled with a mixture of salt and dry mint leaves. The cheese comes in 1 piece of 1kg, packed in vacuum.
Produced in Cyprus by leading local dairy producer Vouyiouklakis, following the traditional recipe. This halloumi is ideal for grilling and it is salty.
