We ship the moussaka in thermal foil, covered with an ice-pack to preserve its freshness and reach you in the proper low temperature:
– Do not re-freeze if received defrosted
– When defrosted and kept in the fridge, best consumed within 2-3 days
Cooking Information:
– In Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 200C. Place aluminum pan with lid closed, remove film from portion box and heat for 30-45 minutes.
– In Microwave Oven: Place portion box only at 800 Watt for 7-8 minutes, poking a hole in the packaging.
