Truffeta truffle cheese is an award winning premium cheese carefully crafted by Kissas Dairy, located in Agrafa, Thessaly, Central Greece, a location with long tradition in cheese making.

This exquisite Greek truffle cheese is made with:

  • 100% Greek pasteurized sheep’s milk and goat’s milk
  • 3% summer truffle
  • culture, rennet and salt

Truffeta cheese is a surprise to the palate with its balanced combination of the natural truffle aromas and the cheese acidity. Its earthy taste makes it ideal to serve with pasta, risotto, pies, as well as omelletes when not served on a cheese platter.

Truffeta truffle cheese is combined with the following varieties of red and white wine and beer varieties such as:

  • XinomavroAgiorgitikoBarolo and Syrah, as well as white wines ChardonnaySauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio.
  •  Pilsners, stout Portersreds and IPAs
