Bougatsa cheese pie is a delicious savοury pie with hand-made light phyllo dough (bougatsa dough). The bougatsa filling is made with creamy mizithra cheese, ideal for vegetarians. This bougatsa is in 2, 480g packs, serving 8 pieces each.

Ingredients:
Semolina, Butter, Cheese, cream cheese made from mizithra, Hand-made phyllo dough
Baking instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180-2oo ° C. Remove the lid and place bougatsa in the lower oven rack.
• Bake for about 35-40 minutes from frozen and about 30 minutes when de-frosted. While baking turn bougatsa upside down when the top gets a golden brown color and continue baking.
• To enjoy the taste of bougatsa, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature, depending on your oven.
