This bougatsa is stuffed with minced meat, a  delicious savοury pie, made with handmade light phyllo pastry for the bougatsa dough. The Bougatsa filling is made with pork minced meat cooked in an assortment of spices. This bougatsa is in 2, 480g packs, serving 8 pieces each.

This product is shipped frozen and it is packed in special packaging with icepacks to arrive to you in the proper low temperature.

Ingredients:
Butter, Flour, pork/Ham, Hand-made phyllo dough, Spices

THIS PRODUCT IS SHIPPED FROZEN.
– Shipped in thermofoil packaging covered with an ice-pack to preserve it fresh and reach you in the proper low temperature.
Once received you can bake in the oven right away or:
-If received frozen, keep in the freezer at -18C
-If received defrosted, store in the fridge for up to 3 days

Baking instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 180-2oo ° C. Remove the lid and place bougatsa in the lower oven rack.
• Bake for about 30-35 minutes from frozen and about 30 minutes when de-frosted. While baking turn bougatsa upside down when the top gets a golden brown color and continue baking.
• To enjoy the taste of bougatsa, let it cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
• Adjust the cooking time and temperature, depending on your oven.
