Traditional Greek Bougatsa – Vanilla Custard creme pastry in 1.1kl pack. The pack contains two pieces of 550gr, each serving 2-4 portions. This frozen bougatsa pie is handmade with a thin, crispy pastry crust, filled with semolina vanilla cream. Ideally served as a breakfast in Greece, but also as a delicious dessert always sprinkled with cinnamon and icing sugar. The bougatsa is handmade by “Familia” traditional pies workshop in Peloponnese, South Greece, imported int he UK by “Ariston Foods Ltd” and distributed exclusively by Agora.
CONSUMPTION & STORAGE INFO
– Bake it for 35-40 min in 180 degrees in pre-heated oven.

– This frozen pie is shipped in polystyrene packaging covered with an ice-pack to preserve it fresh and reach you in the proper low temperature.
Once you get it put it straight in the oven or:
-If received frozen, keep it at the freezer at -18C.
-If received defrosted, store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
